Please register for every class you are attending, so classes are never more than 6 people. Also remember to use the same login every time.

Timetable:

  • Fit classes: tuesdays 7:00-8:00 and thursday 20:00-21:00
  • Power classes: saturday 10:15-11:15

What to bring?

  • sports clothes (short, t-shirt, sport shoes)
  • some water/another drink
